My team is working on a literature review on questions and recruitment of members of the community and how they are grappling with changes to the culture around ICE in the community. After the literature, questions, and inclusion criteria are established, we plan to begin interviews in the fall. The ultimate goal is to develop deliverables on how to best service the community by directly addressing their needs and concerns.
The organization I am working with already has a survey in place that is sent out to clients a week after they receive their item. However, response rate is VERY low. My goal is to work on boosting response and making additions to the survey to gather more qualitative data, including photographs that can be used for the website and/or funding efforts.
